1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Liquid Amber Partners LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of AquariumVol.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

The Site provides a free, browser-based aquarium volume calculator together with related tools (stocking guidance, heater wattage and filter flow suggestions, maintenance scheduling) and editorial articles on fish-tank sizing, stocking, filtration, heating, cycling, and routine aquarium care. The tools run in your browser and produce estimates based on the dimensions and values you enter.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA/UK). By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Informational Use — No Warranty

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Volume, stocking, heater, and filter recommendations are general guidelines, not substitutes for professional advice from a qualified aquarist, veterinarian, or livestock retailer. Fish species have varying care requirements; you are responsible for researching the needs of any species you keep. We are not responsible for fish loss, equipment damage, water damage, or other harm resulting from following any guidance on this Site.

5. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to keep articles about fish species, equipment specifications, and recommended practices accurate and current. Manufacturer specifications, product listings, and consensus care standards change over time. Always verify current guidance with the equipment manufacturer, a qualified aquarist, or a veterinarian before making a purchase or care decision that affects live animals.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this paragraph limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
